The standard shipping method is Post Registered Air Mail to anywhere in the world.. If you need other more fast delivery modes, such as UPS, DHL, EMS Please Contact Us. The shipping fee will be added based on weight and size of the goods.

Unless we are informed for a specified delivery address, the buyer shipping address shown in PayPal will be used.

Delivery Time

PayPal, Credit Cards and eCheck (a kind of bank transfer through PayPal) are currently accepted payment methods.

For eCheck, PayPal requires several business days (in some cases, it may take up to 30 days) for processing. After the eCheck is cleared, order will be processed immediately.

Any custom duty, import sales tax, VAT, etc. levied on deliveries are the responsibility of customers.

Once the item is shipped, an eReceipt and Order Confirmation will be sent to the buyer through email.

NO bank account is available for transfer.

Return Policy

100% Satisfaction Guarantee. We will replace any defective item.

We will only replace defective items provided that customers report to us within 45 calendar days after the ordered item(s) is/are sent out (according to stamp date by post office).

Please inform us by email (nysmt@hotmail.com) and get our authorization before returning the item.

Customers must return the defective item to us by Standard Air Mail before replacement of item can be made.

If the item is confirmed to be defective by our staff, we will replace a new item to customers.

We will refund mailing fee by customers to their PayPal account if the item is proved defective by our staff. Otherwise, we will only return the item back to customer without refunding the mailing fee.

A refund of product price will only be made if the item cannot be replaced by EastMaze.

ALL payment transactions (such as mailing fee returning to customers) will be done through PayPal. Thus, customer must provide their PalPal account to us.

Items should be in orginal condition.
